Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Nabbit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nabbit. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Description of the service

Nabbit is a personal information manager that lets you save, organize, and search snippets of information from your chats and other apps. All data is stored locally on your device.

Your account and data

Nabbit does not require an account. You are responsible for the data you save in the App and for maintaining backups of your device. If you delete the App or your device data, your saved items cannot be recovered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App to store or distribute malicious content
• Circumvent any usage limits or subscription restrictions

Subscriptions and payments

Nabbit offers a free tier (limited to 30 saved items) and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Pro+). Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect

Intellectual property

The Nabbit name, logo, and App design are the property of Nabbit. You may not use our branding without written permission. The content you save in the App remains yours.

Third-party services

Certain features use third-party APIs:

• Claude API (Anthropic): Used for smart classification and the Today tab. Subject to Anthropic's policies.
• Gemini Live API (Google): Used for voice and camera features on Pro/Pro+ plans. Subject to Google's terms.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

International data transfers

When you use features that rely on third-party APIs (smart classification, Today tab, voice and camera), data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Anthropic and Google. These transfers are necessary to provide the features and are covered by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that saved information will be accurate or complete. Nabbit is a convenience tool — always verify critical information from the original source.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nabbit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed appointments, or reliance on information saved in the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App if these terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Nabbit, not Apple. Nabbit is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

EU dispute resolution

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nabbit regarding your use of the App.
