Simple rules for a simple app

These Terms are short on purpose. Nabbit is a simple tool with a simple promise.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nabbit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dion Appelbom ("we", "us", "Nabbit"), based in Sweden.

The Service

Nabbit is an iOS app that lets you save text fragments — addresses, phone numbers, dates, passwords, amounts, and other free-form text — from other apps, and makes them searchable via the app, a Share Extension, and Siri.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time.

No Accounts — Your Data, Your Responsibility

Nabbit has no accounts, no cloud sync, and no server-side storage of your items. This means:

• We cannot recover your data if you lose your device, uninstall the app, or reset your phone.
• You are solely responsible for backing up your data via iCloud or iTunes if you wish to preserve your saved items.
• We have no ability to assist in recovering lost data.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Nabbit on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law
• Use automated tools to interact with the App in unintended ways

Subscription and Payment

Plans

• Free: No charge, up to 30 saved items. All core features included. This is the permanent trial.
• Pro Monthly: Local pricing applies, billed monthly.
• Pro Yearly: Local pricing applies, billed annually (equivalent to a lower monthly rate).

Payment. All subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple via In-App Purchase. Nabbit never sees your payment details. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account linked to your App Store account.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

Price changes. We may update subscription prices. You will be notified in advance via the App and/or the App Store before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

No free trial period. The Free plan is the permanent trial tier. There is no time-limited trial for Pro.

Nabbit Cards (Shared Links)

If you choose to share an item as a Nabbit Card (a public link at getnabbit.app/kort/), the following applies:

• The card is publicly accessible to anyone with the link.
• Cards are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• You are responsible for not sharing sensitive information via Nabbit Cards.
• We may delete a card immediately if it violates these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nabbit to save or share content that:

• Is unlawful or facilitates unlawful activity
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Constitutes spam, fraud, or phishing
• Violates Apple's App Store Guidelines

We reserve the right to restrict access to services such as the AI proxy or Nabbit Cards in the event of suspected abuse, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The App: Nabbit, its design, logo, code, and all associated materials are owned by Dion Appelbom and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your data: You own all information you save in Nabbit. We make no claim to your data. See the Privacy Policy for details on the limited circumstances in which data may leave your device.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dion Appelbom disclaims all liability for:

• Data loss resulting from uninstallation, device failure, iOS updates, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Interruptions or errors in the service
• Any damage arising from your use of the App
• Content in Nabbit Cards that you choose to share publicly

Our total liability to you, regardless of the basis for the claim, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. All local data is deleted upon uninstallation.

We may terminate or restrict your access to services such as the AI proxy or Nabbit Cards if you breach these Terms, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app message at the next app update. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, which shall prevail to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@getnabbit.app to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
